Hello: Can I sink these to my 3 alexa’s plugged in inside the house?
Customer Service • 08/24/2021, 11:59:24 AM
Hi Alicia:
You can connect to our Bluetooth speakers depending on the Alexa device. You need to open up the ALEXA app, switch your device to a Bluetooth transmitter, and see if our BTR-150 shows up as an available device to sync within the menu. You will only be able to connect with one Alexa device at a time.

Can you pair 2 sets ( four speakers ) together off one phone?
Customer Service • 07/06/2022, 11:50:24 AM
All of the new Smartphones feature Bluetooth V5.0, which allows you to sync up with two different pairs of Bluetooth speakers. The catch is that Apple will allow you to sync up with two Apple devices simultaneously, like Beats Bluetooth Headphones or two Bluetooth Airpods. They will enable you to sync up with our OSD BTR150, but you only play one or the other pair, not both. Android is a little more open, allowing you to sync up two pairs of anyone's Bluetooth speakers. Note: the BTR150 is also version Bluetooth 5.0.

Can additional speakers be added?
Customer Service • 12/08/2022, 3:36:25 PM
Most of our Bluetooth Speaker systems are closed and you can not add additional speakers. Instead, check out the BOM4.1.2 8" Outdoor Subwoofer with an internal 100-watt mono amp, two 60W stereo amps, and a Bluetooth Receiver. You can connect up to two pairs of RX550 Rock speakers per Stereo amp. That would give you 4 pairs (8 speakers) plus an 8" Subwoofer. You can choose other speakers, including the RS670 Rocks, LS2, and LS3 pendant speakers, or even our AP525 patio speakers.

How does the speaker that is not the master get its power for the sound if it is wireless. Is it transferred via Bluetooth?
Customer Service • 03/22/2023, 4:02:11 AM
The Kit comes with a 15ft of speaker wire to connect from the Master speaker to the Satellite. The only genuine wireless connection is from your phone to the master rock, which contains the internal Bluetooth Receiver and the two-channel (L&R) stereo amplifier. The Master is the left speaker, and the Satellite is the right speaker. The external power supply connects to the Master Speaker 3.5 ft from the AC plug to the transformer and 15.5ft to the waterproof connector on the dongle wired to the back of the Master Speaker. Unfortunately, an On/Off switch (on the back of the Master Speaker) is not accessible once the speaker is permanently mounted. So we recommend adding a smart outdoor plug at the AC power outlet.

The picture shows a 12 volt output with what looks like 3 amps? Can I use it with my existing 12 volt lighting system to power the rock(s)?
Customer Service • 04/14/2023, 2:34:48 PM
Hi Dennis:
Using only the Power Supply that comes with the unit is recommended. It features a 3-foot from the AC outlet to the external waterproof Block, then another 15 feet to the dongle out of the base of the master Rock that has a waterproof connector.
