The speakers feature Bluetooth Version 5.0 and are compatible with A2DP Standard, making it easy to connect to any Bluetooth-enabled device. The powder-coated rust-resistant aluminum grille and gold-plated spring-loaded binding posts add to the durability of the speakers, while the composite resin low resonator cabinet provides clear and crisp sound.
The set includes one main speaker and one pairing speaker, and comes with a full-motion bracket for easy installation. The power supply length is 3' 5" from plug to transformer and 15' 5" from transformer to speaker. The speakers are available in black or white and come with a 1-year warranty. Sold as a pair.
Helpful tips:
1) Determine the ideal location where the Patio Speakers are not exposed directly to the elements. Note: speakers typically should be placed between 8 to 12 feet apart for proper stereo separation.
2) The Master Patio Speaker needs to be located near an AC outlet where you can connect the Power Supply to the Master Speaker in order provide the electrical current needed for the Internal Stereo Power Amplifier and Bluetooth Receiver.
3) The Pairing speaker must be connected to the Master Speaker with the 10-foot Speaker Cable that is supplied with the kit. The length of the speaker cable can be cut down for an exact fit but should not be extended beyond 30 feet

Is there an auto off or sleep mode? I'm wanting to hard wire but don't want them constantly on.
Customer Service • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
Unfortunately no. You will have to manually turn them off to completely cutoff power to the speaker.
Don • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
why do I have to power off the speaker to get it to re-connect to my paired device when I go out of range? Is there a problem with the speaker or is this normal.
Customer Service • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
Hi Don,
That could be a compatibility issue with your device. What device are you using?
Justin • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
Can these speakers be left out year round? I live in Chicago area so wondering if hard rain or snow will wreck these.
Customer Service • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
Hi Justin,
If they are mounted under an eave that should be fine. If they are completely open to rain, then I'd bring them down in harsh weather or cover them up.

Finally got these speakers installed under the eves about a month ago. Great sound! However, the range is horrible and it frequently disconnects, even when I'm sitting 10 feet from the main speaker! I use Spotify on a fairly new LG G2 with KIt-Kat 4.4. My wife's Droid Maxx, also with Kit-Kat and Spotify won't connect at all. Both phones have no problem connecting to wireless headphones or car audio systems. Any ideas? This is very frustrating.

Hi Herb,
Did you make sure all your devices are disconnected from other Bluetooth products first? You can only have one device connected to Bluetooth at a given time. If so, that's very strange. Try contacting tech support at LG or Android to see if there's anything they may know regarding Bluetooth and their devices. Let us know. Thanks.

Can I use "Banana Plugs" to hook the speakers together?
Thanks
Customer Service • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
Hi Frank,
You can use banana plugs on these.
