    • Dual source capable for greater listening flexibility
    • Clean, brushed metal front panel with a volume control, power on/off button and balance control
    • Protection circuitry safeguards the amp from a short circuit
    • Can be configured as bridged or stereo amp
A solid high-power amplifier does more than make the sound you love louder. A well-built power amp cleans up sound quality, improves bass response and delivers the right amount of power to efficiently drive multiple speakers in distributed audio system or home theater. Our AMP300 is a flagship amp that sells well for a reason. This 350-Watt A/B two-channel dual source amplifier is ideal for use as a remote amplifier to power your whole house audio system or as a single amp for a dedicated home theater or media room, and you won't find an amp with the same features that we pack in at such an affordable price. It is stable at 2 ohm load.

    Dual Source Switching
The AMP300 also includes dual source switching to connect two audio sources and toggle between them for greater listening flexibility. Automatic source switching switches between connected sources with a priority signal-sensing feature, so if a DVD player is connected to input 2, then you decide to stream a movie through a game console, when the console is turned on, the AMP300 automatically switches to that source. The AMP300 also includes a variable delay control that lets you adjust the amount of time needed to "listen" for a signal from your main input, between 3 and 15 seconds. This prevents gaps between music tracks from accidentally switching your inputs. This high power amplifier includes two RCA signal level inputs so with the addition of an RCA-to-mini stereo cable (sold separately), you can connect your smartphone or other device.

Plenty of Power for the Price
Pair our AMP300 with the power-hungry speakers, and the sound quality will transform your listening experience. Rated at 350 Watts per channel peak power (470 Watts Bridged Mono into 8 ohms), the AMP300 can be configured as bridged or stereo. In bridged mode, you can combine the left and right channels into one audio channel which bumps up the power to a whopping 470 Watts (8 ohms). When playing dual sources, switch to stereo mode which reduces the power to 350 Watts per channel. It is the only high current 2 ohm load stable amp in the market.

    Features
The AMP 300 also includes two sets of speaker outputs with front panel controls, auto-on signal sensing or 12-volt trigger, rear panel master level controls, dual line-level inputs with priority override switching and dual voltage of 110V/220V and auto signal sensing. This amp has a clean, brushed metal front panel with a volume control, power on and off button and a balance control knob to adjust the balance between the left and right channels and dial in just the right sound level mix. Special protection circuitry safeguards the amp from a short circuit.

    Customer Service • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
Hi Andrew: I was able to get an answer for point 1: Damping Factor; 58 @ 4 Ohm 1 KHz and 105 @ 8 Ohm 1KHz Point 2: Volume Transformer, The factory does not know what this is. Point 3: Capacitance 6800uF x 4 pcs. 2 out of 3 is what I have. Can you be more specific on what spec you are looking for the Volume Transformer? How is it reported or rated? TL/5439

Hi again ,It ' s Andrew from Moscow. I mean, how much kva or va are in the transformer and what peak current ?
Ruby • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM Is it possible to add mic to this unit if I had a big gathering. If yes how ?
    Customer Service • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
Hi Ruby: The best most affordable solution for adding a mic mixer is our PRE-1 Preamplifier which has four selectable inputs including one Phono, two Aux, and one DVD/CD input. The PRE-1 features a 1/4" input plug for the Microphone with dedicated volume control for the Mic. There is a master volume that controls the output including the Mic. The PRE-1 is currently out of stock (expected in the next 30 days). TL/5458
frank • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM Hello, Maybe you can help - I have a amp300, 3 pairs of outdoor speakers, & a amp 500 - for unground subs, I want to use 2 Sonos connects 1 for the sub and one for the speakers, bridged , so I can have control of the sub my question is how can I hook up the 3 pairs to the amp300 and be able to control the volume of each pair(separate locations around pool, deck, etc ). right now  I am using the Leviton digital control volume interfacesbut want to replace that part of the system because leviton can not handle the power of the amp, distort at high volume (I'm assuming this is the distoration issue,  ) I also ran outdoor 12 ga wire to the speakers (though that was the issue ) all home runs ran to amp location
    Customer Service • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
Hi Frank: I am sorry you are having issues. I am assuming you are referring to our OSD SMP500 Subwoofer amplifier to go along with our AMP300. I would be glad to help you with your application. Can you confirm if I am correct on the Sub amplifier? If so I would suggest using a single SONOS Connect and have that wired to the SMP500 Sub-amp signal level input. Then connect the AMP300 to the signal level outputs of the SMP500 to Input Line 2 of the AMP300. Then you have a couple of choices either OVC300 volume controls for each pair of speakers (3 pair) for your outdoor setup. You can connect two pair of speakers to the Speaker A of the AMP300 and the third pair to Speaker B of the AMP300. The 12 Gauge will connect directly to the AMP300 for the three pairs of speakers. The 12 gauge is ideal for the SMP500 for the In-Ground subs. Both the AMP300 and SMP500 feature gain and volume control so you can match the overall output of the entire system. The OVC300 will provide local control of the external volume of the three pair of speakers. There is no active gain with the OVC300; you are turning the sound down (attenuating) from the master (which would be your SONOS Connect through your enabled devices). Note: The SMP500 has an IR Remote Control which we could supply you with the IR Codes. You might be able to add a Remote Control app on your smartphone and be able to control the SMP500 that way. You can match the volume levels for both the AMP300 and SMP500and then control your volume with the SONOS (through your device). The OVC300 allows you to make minor adjustments to the volume levels at each pair of speakers. The primary purpose of the OVC300 is to control the Impedance Matching for your AMP300, so each Volume Control setting is 4X. If you need additional help, let me know all the components you have while confirming the dedicated Subwoofer Amplifier. I can provide you a wiring diagram as well. tim@osdaudio.com. TL/5535
Bob • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM Hello - I'm running two OMSub 200s from the B channel of my Sony receiver (100x100 watt) with two LS3 satellite speakers each on them. On channel A are the mains only. The systems works fine and the sounds is very good.  I'm looking for a little more low end "depth" to the sound and am wondering if a more powerful AMP would do it. I'm looking at the AMP 300 or the AMP 200. I'm wondering if either of these could achieve the low to medium end qualityI'm hoping to achieve. I never crank up to high volume levels as this is an outdoor deck system. Let me know your thoughts. Thank you.
    Customer Service • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
Hi Bob:I have been scratching my head trying to figure out how you have the two subs, and two pair of LS3 wired to your SONY Receiver. And which Receiver do you have; The SONY STR-DH130 or the newer STR-DH190 (or something else)? Can you also confirm that you have the 4-ohm OMSub200S or the 8-ohm OMSub200? The Sub200s has no internal crossover, and the Sub200 (no S) has an internal crossover and four output wires (right and Left +/-). What do you have connected to the Speaker A outputs (Brand and model)? At first glance, I thought you should consider a dedicated Subwoofer amplifier instead of an AMP300. We have a 1000 watt Sub Amplifier with a DSP circuit built in for less than the cost of the AMP300 (SMP500). I would love to discuss further; please let me know if you can contact me; tim@osdaudio.com.TL/5580
