The ACE800ST includes 20W/ 10W/ 5W/ 2.5W and 8 Ohm transformer settings that can be individually set for the wattage that each speaker receives, an important feature in commercial applications where multiple speakers are run on a single amplifier. This high-impedance 70V/8 Ohm in-ceiling speaker is well suited for corporate, commercial, industrial, retail or educational applications, and a 70V/8 Ohm line reduces power loss due to cable heating because the speaker cable carries the audio signal as a low current.
