Hi Five in Philly:
The sub-woofer cable is a single 20 foot RCA Mono which plugs directly into the Audio/Video Receiver Sub-woofer Output (which typically is a single RCA output). The adapter is for the end that goes into the Powered Sub-woofer which typically features a right and left stereo input. If you read the owners manual of the Powered Sub-woofer which not everybody does it may say it is alright to connect to either the right or left input only in mono. So to be on the safe side we decided to offer a way to plug into both inputs to avoid the confusion.

Do you offer a wire similar to this, with (1) 6" RCA Male to 2 RCA Male Y Adaptor for Power Subwoofers?

We have the Phoenix Gold available for entry level. As you can see they are discontinued and priced to move. But if you are looking for a step up we do have a Y adaptor so you can purchase our Aurum single mono sub cable from 8 feet (2 meters) to 49 feet (15 meters) and then we have a Y adaptor one Female to 2 Male (OSD-AC-Y-FMM) so you can plug into the Right and Left input of your Powered Sub.
